Sinevibes have introduced their new “raindrop delay” plugin Droplet. It is based on a chain of 24 randomized delay lines that produce a sound similar to drops of rain or small particles falling onto a surface. With variable frequency damping, time modulation and random stereo panning, Droplet can generate granular clouds, dreamy spaces and lush chorused reverbs. Parameters are randomized, so even the same preset will sound slightly different with two instances of the plugin. Droplet is available now for 29 dollars and runs on Mac only.
