Arturia have just released a follow-up to their popular KeyLab MIDI controller keyboards. The KeyLab Mk2 comes with 49 and 61 keys, is available in black and white and contains the same keybed as the MiniBrute 2 and MatrixBrute. It features 16 RGB-backlit performance pads, 9 faders and 9 rotary knobs, DAW control, transport section. It offers a total of 5 pedal inputs for expressive control and CV/Gate outputs to control pitch, gate, and modulation of external modular gear.
The KeyLab Mk2 comes with Arturia’s Analog Lab Software including 6500 synth sounds, which can be browsed and controlled with the keyboard. It also contains the virtual piano emulation Piano V and Ableton Live Lite. KeyLab Mk2 is compatible with all major DAWs and comes with magnetic overlays for controls.
